Are your design consultations offered without obligation?

Absolutely. We offer complimentary consultations in your home, in our office, or virtually. You are under no obligation. We are happy to investigate any potential opportunity. Our initial consultations can last anywhere from 60-90 minutes. Your designer will listen to your needs, and offer expert advice and an estimated cost or budget range. Depending on the intricacy of your design, you may be able to see a design during your initial visit or it may take a few days to create.

How long does a typical installation take?  How long before I have my new closet(s)?

Our typical lead time is approximately 8 weeks from the time of an order. The amount of time from initial consultation to placing an order can depend on a number of factors, including the client’s readiness, and the size and intricacy of the project. A project can be ordered as soon as the day of the initial consultation or can take longer if more time is needed.  If you have a specific timeline in mind, our design team will be happy to work with you to try to make that happen.

What if I decide I need more shelves, rods or drawers later on?

We are happy to help! We can supply additional materials as long as they are available and work within your custom system. You can discuss this with your designer further at the initial consultation.

How long have you been doing this?

Closets Redesigned and Innovative Commercial Interiors have a combined 35+ years of experience designing and installing custom solutions. Together we have installed over 110 new closets in our first year and a half in business together. Rest assured, we’ve got this!

Where are you located?

Our showroom, warehouse and offices are located in Central New Jersey, quite close to several major roadways. The exact address is: 806 Silvia Street, West Trenton, NJ. We service a wide area, an approximately 50-mile radius in any direction from our offices. Longer distances considered, please call to discuss.

What are the terms of your Lifetime Warranty?

We provide a lifetime warranty against defect in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the home where our systems are installed, and as long as the materials remain where we installed them.  We do not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, flood, fire, nor issues arising from use in any manner other than as recommended by us, or alterations made by anyone other than us.

How do I prepare for the closet install?

All items should be removed from the space before the install team arrives to begin work. Any existing closet materials should be removed in advance. Your designer will review closet prep options at your initial consultation.

Who installs it?

Our experienced install team is highly trained and expert at what they do. Our technicians are in-house employees and fully backed by Innovative Commercial Interiors and Closets Redesigned. Installation is included in the cost of your custom solution.

Do you offer lighting solutions?

We offer lighting that is built-in to our shelves, panels, and rods. They are plug-in solutions. We do not sell overhead or room lighting. All electrical work must be done by licensed professionals. You can discuss this with your designer further at the initial consultation.

What materials do you use?

We use the highest quality composite wood fiber material available on the market. It allows us to offer a wide range of color and woodgrain finishes, as well as our Lifetime Warranty. Additionally it is the most sustainable choice available, using recycled material, ultra-low emissions, and is eco-certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council, offering LEED credits.
